Just ridden home past the local village shop, the usual pinch point.
No cars on my side of the road, 3-4 on the other side.
Coming through by the parked cars one pulled out on me. This was my right of way.
I shouted 'nice one'.
The window of the car was down...."f*** off......" (couldn't hear the next bit) yelled at me.

The car was a silver BMW 05 plate being driven by the lad who sold my lad his car the other week.
When I picked up the lads new car we were shown the new 05 plate BMW.

I went on fb messenger

'----, you sold the car to my lad, can I ask a quick question?'

'Yes mate'

'When we meet at the shop and I'm on my bike, if you pull out on me and it's my right of way will you not tell me to f*** off if I complain slightly?'

'I'm really sorry, it was my fault entirely. I shouldn't have done that'

'Never sh1t in your own nest, drive safely'

Hopefully he'll learn a lesson.

most times its just a mater of letting both good manners and cycling skill prevail, if you get into a disagreement with an irrational person there usually 2 losers, dont let some nit ruin your day.

How to deal with road rage?

Ah, they're all daffodils. No point in getting too upset with any particular one of them. Doesn't really matter what particular asshat manoeuvre they try, whether I'm on the bike or in the car, showing them the finger and/or calling them a daffodil is pretty much an automated response now. There was one guy screaming and shouting abuse honking his horn, so I flipped him the bird while I tried to figure out what he was all upset about.

Once home, dry, fed come on here and post about it if it's still bothering you.

I turned left with a car today. I wasn't going to turn left but he seemed to want me to, so around the corner we went together. I sallied forth with a "WHAT ARE YOU DOING YOU COMPLETE AND UTTER NOBBER" shook my head and turned around. Then did a left I did mean to do.

Give as good as you get. If someone shouts abuse shout back. If they stop and get out knock there teeth out.
I assume that's tongue in cheek?!
