There is a big month long festival running in Manchester during April - Starts with a Critical Mass ride on 28th March, and has events on until 25th April.

One event - 11th April - Hell of the North West III - racing round Manchester to checkpoints....followed by an Alley Kitten Race - same thing, but on kids bikes .... hmmm bit like Alleycat stuff this.... I do hope they are going to manage it properly - some how I can't see it happening.....
Call me sceptical, but it all sounds rather anarchistic to me or am I roadie snob ?
