.... Who here still has the TdF stages recorded, and who would be willing for put them onto a disc and send them to me?? (for a small fee, of course).

Being on holiday, I have missed stages 10 - 19 and 21, and.... well, I DID have them recorded, but a certain oafish creature (see the Mundane news thread) came along and deleted them all except for stage 20 (don't ask why) without me knowing :cursing:. If Murder was legal and all that..... :gun:

I'd have loved to have seen the Alpe d'Huez (stage 18), stage 19 with all the rain, and, of course, the final stage in Paris (I did see stage 20 incidentally, so I'm not too bothered about it). If anyone still has them or any of the other stages, please let me know!

I recorded a few stages for someone on here last year, and I just hope that someone can now do the same for me.
Either that, or if someone knows where I can still see them online instead of just the highlights, I'd be most grateful!!

Thanks.

Seemingly ours doesn't, which is annoying. Thanks anyway.

You can get the catch-up stuff on itv.com.

I see that, but its all the highlights, which is a start, don't get me wrong, but I like to see the actual stages, not some condensed edited version.
I like to watch as the times back to the Yellow Jersey go up and down whilst the digit counters fall, and try and predict what might happen with that rogue breakaway - Will they? Wont they? Do they have the time and distance to pull it off? Will the Peleton catch them up at the end?..... Who will crash or have a mechanical today? Will the jerseys change hands? Will someone take a hissy fit at something? And so on and so on..... Whilst at the same time seeing the scenery, the castles/stately homes, the towns and the cities, the wonderful French names, seeing the fans, especially the mad ones on the Mountain stages, the little nuggets of information about things you learn and of course, waiting for the next Sherwin/Liggettism, or seeing if I can actually listen fully to what Yawn Kelly over at Eurosport has to say without my eyes glazing over!!

The Highlights just don't seem the same somehow. ^_^

We have the highlights of the last stage (Sunday), still but being total luddites, have no idea how to get it from our sky + box to a disc.

Its ok, I can see the highlights. Its the stages I'm after. Thanks anyway.
