Aye, was hotter than the face of the sun today! Car indicated 100F on the way home from work. Average speed takes a beating this time of year.
A 100f is getting there and I see the same thing as the temp's go up, harder and harder to ride as fast as my winter rides.

Where I live it teeters just below 40 for most of the summer. Riding is a great way to cool down. You have to make sure you hydrate before heading out, and hills can be a killer - luckily it's what you'd call rolling hills around here.

All in, I prefer to be warm in a T than layered up to keep the cold out.

I love riding in the sun but as someone else said, I can't bear humid conditions. I'm like that off the bike as well and thinking about, at least cycling when it's muggy generates a breeze.

Love warm weather, unfortunately it doesn't love me. Even wearing spf 50 sunblock I end up burning, and getting thumping headaches. Doesn't stop me going out though.
