- If I'm having a really nice time, on a trip or whatever, and I'm even a bit pleased at how well everything is going, I start to worry that the CF will come and strike me down for being so relaxed about everything.

I usually just tell her to shut up and leave me alone to enjoy myself nowadays, but she can be quite persistent sometimes

No I think she's called Fiona, or Angela.. Or one of those "I'm telling on you" types of names.. I don't really know, cos I try not to engage too much.
