The pole is absolute stupidity. It adds length to the bicycle which other road users won't be expecting. It would also be a tidy weapon in the hands of the wrong person.

Isn't this like a giant curtain pole hanging out the back of a van/car? A bike you can see but putting a GoPro or whatever on the end of your mop strapped to your bike is just asking for trouble.

I do have genuine concerns about TD or "son of the wind", whichever name he goes by on here , I have the suspicion that he has given up on the parts of life that provide a bit of joy for the sake of proving a point to himself. He's not in it for the fame, nor the money. Yet he pushes on deeper and deeper into this lifestyle.

He seems a conflicted man.

Yeah I've seen it now. I'm really not sure what he hopes to gain from reviewing footage at the road-side, nor why he called the police - this isn't exactly an emergency situation. Annoyingly, I'm interested enough to check his channel for the outcome.

Regardless of all the comments above and what people think of Traffic Droid, the driving and attitude of the taxi driver highlighted by the OP are fully deserving of some action by the police. Dangerous bullies like him have no place on the road.
