I say it to my kids at least 3 times a day, always before I leave for work, when I get home and at bed time... My wife, probably not as much as I should, but enough to stop her leaving me!

I found that how you say it can be just as important as the words themselves.

"Of course I love you.....but don't push your luck", didn't go down to well.
