Anybody seen the December issue of Cycling Active? (Pages 50/51)
Pearson Cycles, A Cunning Plan, She's beeeeeautiful. Shown in the magazine with 40mm chunky tyres, If you check out http://www.pearsoncycles.co.uk/pearson-a-cunning-plan-746.html#product_tabs1 it shows what look slightly lighter tyres. I prefer the chunky look myself.
How long before a short travel front fork is available on these do anything bikes?

Suntour make one already that doesn't look that different to a normal road fork, certainly not a chunky mtb look anyway. Dunno if it's any good though.
On-One London Road looks like a cheaper alternative to the bike

On one bike isn't steel though, like any other alu/Carbon cx bike...and not a lovely mint colour

I guess a croix de fer would be closest of its ilk, but not as unconventional

Or condor might be able to make something wonderful (but more costly)

It's ok, but as ^^^^ the Genesis Croix de Fer offers better vfm.

I would prefer a Shand Stoater if cost was not an issue.

I'm biased because I already own a disk braked Kona, but IMO this is a much better looking bike, and cheaper too. £1399, STeel frame with chunky tyres too.
