I had 2 punctures in 3 days on a Marathon + tyre a couple of weeks ago

Oh Joy! Another one of them there puncture things on the Subway. So, no more patches on that inner tube I thought, and replaced it with a new one out of it's box. Started to pump away and heard sssssssssssssssssssssssss from the tyre. On inspection, the hole was on the seam. It wasn't a cheap inner tube either and yes I did do a thorough check of the tyre, spokes and debri. Still, went on to have a good ride on a lovely day!
