Have you looked up the changes that came in 2012.

No I haven't read the rules since I did the first scheme at work almost 10 years ago. I realised that they had changed the guidance on final payment to purchase the bike, but wasn't aware of any other changes. Best have a read up & see how/if the changes affect my current C2W

edit - I've just googled & read the changes from 2012 & all my posts re VAT are wrong so please ignore them
