Not sure if it's a post menopausal thing, but I seem to survive on around 3 hours a night and very rarely actually feel really sleepy. Would love to get more.

Brilliant...You need to develop regular habits to stay healthy. For example, I have a crap at 7am every morning without fail, and I have done so for years.
