Ah pants. That's still better than me at the moment and even two Tramadol aren't knocking me out.

Interesting. I usually have a good sleep for around 4 to 5 hours then wake for about 2. If I go back to sleep again for a couple of hours, I sleep like a baby and feel most refreshed when I wake. Usually though I drop-off just before the alarm and then wake-up feeling really shitty ....

I usually always sleep for 3 hours, wake for 2.5, sleep for 8 mins, wake for 12 mins, then sleep for an hour and a quarter, then lie half awake for an hour. Although maybe that was just last night.

Not sure if it's a post menopausal thing, but I seem to survive on around 3 hours a night and very rarely actually feel really sleepy. Would love to get more.

No, it's not ... harumph!
Lucky you, Mo, I would love to be able to sleep less, there's no enough hours in the day for all the stuff that needs done.
Ideally, I would love 8 hours sleep at night plus a wee cheeky afternoon nap.
If, for time reasons, I only manage less than 7 hours for a few consecutive days, I get more crabbit than a crabbit thing

Thought this was funny and appropriate here:

@JimSpenceSport: Funny how the generation who fought the war seldom spoke of it yet the generations who've only fought sleep can't shut their pusses about it.
