Southern Spain, Malaga, Granada area some where in the Siera Nevada region.
Stunningly beautiful, away from the hords and cycling nirvana.

This has given me quite a positive outlook (prejudice?) towards Scandinavia. I'm not sure I'd want a colder climate or another language to learn though, and I'm not contemplating going anywhere right now.

Seriously, I'm a home bird and would probably struggle being abroad for too long, so I reckon either the USA, as I have family there that I would love to spend more time with, and I reckon I could earn a few quid in their oil industry. Or Canada, as its massive and I reckon I could create my own wee corner of Scotland in a country like that.

I'd choose to go to the Netherlands or Ireland, but I don't think I would be allowed for more than a few weeks.

Where would you go?

West coast of Ireland would be a good shout. I’m built for mild and wet. I couldn’t live in a hot climate. Similarly west coast of Canada or New Zealand or Tasmania etc.

I've worked in the US and both loved the place and hated it simultaneously. If I were single I'd go back, but not with a family.

Most likely the Irish Republic, or the Faroes as a second choice. Iceland turd.
