Singapore looks lovely and english is mostly spoken so wouldn't mind living there for a while. However I'm not really built for hotter climates and prefer seeing lush landscapes full of life and animals and not keen on dusty brown countries with the occasional struggling plant. It's nice for a while but actually prefer countryside like the UK. Maybe Bulgaria as cheap to live and a good location for going to more expensive countries nearby.
