Do you mean mention that it's a double opt-in process so subscribers need to click a verification links in the email they recieve?

Yeah when you sign up make them aware of the verification email. Will help you get more subscribers as more will complete the process.

Looks good, and you've sorted the Comic Sans disaster

If you're still after further comment I'd perhaps reduce the shade of the black elements on the Lucky X banner. Parts of the typeface look pixelated which spoils a generally clean aesthetic (though my ludicrous snobbery goes beyond most folks I reckon).
