Same here....but taking action photo's indoors without flash....i.e. balancing shutter speed, ISO settings etc....... blooming hard.....

Talking Velodrome usually .....and today was Chill Factor e (indoor ski slope) - at 300mm zoom.... - had lots of opportunity to vary ISO and shutter speed.... but still not happy......... I am no expert.........

Tidy away washing, clean bathroom, cook tea, run hot bath...much the same as I do all the time but with the addition of actually asking the question and 'making it sound plausible*' :laugh:

I want to take a pic in a central reservation of a cyclist waiting to cross, with car head and tail lights on both sides stopping them - all streamed out thanks to the long exposure.
