Maybe a viscose one made in China or Vietnam, but not for a 100 percent lambswool one like the one in the picture. Yes, Sports Direct sell Slazenger, but it's like their Karrimor stuff, supposedly the same stuff as when Karrimor made quality stuff when based in Accrington, but now probably made in the far east, out of inferior materials. The Bing Crosby one is Slazenger Heritage which will be like the original Slazenger, not just a bought name then stuck on cheap tat!

I remember going to the Karrimor factory shop years ago, it was that long ago that I only paid £40 for a mountain bike waterproof jacket that lasted years.

Wasn't it just off the motorway near Great Harwood?

They did move to GEC Park Clayton-Le-Moors, across from the Dunkenhalgh hotel, and like you say off the motorway. I don't know if they're still there or not. 🤔

Their old building in Accrington is now flats, commonly known as 'smackhead villas' by the locals.

Well now Mr D, I think you need to expose yourself, either buttoned up or casually undone, but lets see you strutting on the cardie catwalk :becool:

Its the time of year where the practical and stylish lady or gentleman turns their thoughts to winter apparel and humble but wondrous cardigan!

I do like the look of a cardigan and I also struggle with over the head garments. I just find cardigans a bit too formal and heavy. I prefer a zip up hoody

As I type this I am wearing a fine woolen cardigan.
Sadly it doesn't have pockets.
I DID have it's sister which did have pockets but that seems to have gone walkabout.
