In praise of hot sauce

I've not read the whole thread but I love a bit fire in my food.
The best I've come across is Mad Dog 357. It is pretty silly hot but a few drops in any sauce makes for good eating.

Well I tried a smear of the Naga pickle on some cheese last night and oh lordie I think I may have met my match. I've not had to sit with a gob full of milk to calm the flames for a while.

I haven't had a poo since then. Partly through fear.

Oh my, I don't usually suffer from the after effects of hot sauce, but a yogurt suppository would have been handy today.
