Yes. It goes to +-15%. Feels odd initially on steeper descents. As the angle changes it moves forward or backwards on its base to maintain the correct distance between front and rear dropouts.
My Proform TDF replicates +/-20% and also tilts back and forth.I turned off the tilt as it just felt odd:wacko:

The Rizer is an add on unit that gives steering and physical change of incline on the bike. It can replicate +-15% even if the trainer can do more. I guess +-20% may be too much as 15 feels weird enough.
The entire unit tilts on the TDF:stop:
Feels like one of those little kiddies rides:wacko:
