The way i look at is, that in my case, I have a disk lock, huge chain and my bike is locked up in a solid shed.
None of those facts are disclosed and i'm happy to pay slightly more as a consequence. Something like £20 more per year.
So if (god forbid) it gets stolen, they cant say it wasnt locked etc, as they insured my bike without any of those security devices.
On a side note, I really dont get why they want to see copies of my licence.
They say to reduce fraud. Cobblers!
If i have accident etc folk would soon realise i didn't have a licence, so insurance would be invalid.
