When Arch and I went out for my belated birthday drink with some of the people from St Nick's we all decided to have our beer in those mugs. It was a nice change not having to lift a slippery wet sided straight glass dripping with condensation and spilt beer.
I might have to get a few of those mugs in for home beer drinking use.
Less bleugh now post ride and physio gym session.

I love mondays as it is my day off. I went out and did 49 miles in the rain this morning, cleaned the bike, bit of lunch, bit of housework, lad came home from school, put dinner on, poured a whisky.

It impacted an immovable object at something over 100 mph I'll bore you with the details on Sunday. What a whimp I am having to take analgesia, trying not to take too many.
After reading that, I think my Monday was reasonably good.. What's wrong with your shoulder btw?
I'll take you up on that and I am such a lightweight that 2 beers will do it.

All hail global warming! It got up to +20c here in Ottawa today! Still biking in shorts.

All hail global warming! It got up to +20c here in Ottawa today! Still biking in shorts.
I'll want to be reminded of this post in January though when it's -35c though ....
We were supposed to have some +15c today, but I nearly had to wear my fluffy earcups at work..
Grey and rainy and horrible all day.. I don't understand why the global warming thing has to be so selective!!!
