It is a serious question though. Even then,some will say i'm not being serious. I'm in pain with this problem. So much so that i'm thinking of making my way to A&E.soon.

It's serious now but after i've have it sorted out i'm thinking of having something done that others on here will have had done hopefully. Then they can give me advice about the recovery time,the pain during the procedure,the cost of the procedure and the affect on their lives after they had it done.

I don't want it being hijacked and folk saying i'm causing friction between posters. Once of a day i'd have just posted it,but there are quite a few sensitive souls now,who could become all upset and stuff.
