interesting thought. There's not much call for cedar-strip canoes in South London. And, while I find the thought of the Monkey clan gliding over still waters, little Monkey wrapped in bark, Mrs Monkey flicking a fly over the nose of some fat trout, and you paddling skillfully, wearing (if I may be so bold) a check shirt in muted autumn colours, and each of you with beaver-skin hats on, I think that it's a matter of place and way of life.
