It's frrrrrr.......

    .....eeeeezing! It's the second week in May and due to get colder next week, frosts forecast over night mid week. Went running and I was shivering. I've got my thermals back on. So much for global warming ;).

    Depressing innit? When you get caught in that Northerly wind sometimes it's extremely unpleasant.

    A frost would kill the hundred quids worth of plants that I have just invested in. ;)
    Mind you it was six degrees without the northerly wind this morning. xx(

    It wasn't that cold today... thin leg warmers, arm warmers & light weight shorts/SS jersey on the way out & no leg warmers on the way home.

    Wife said it is like march, i would agree with her on that one at 6 am it was cold enough for long sleeve base layer + tights .

    I reckon it's more like November at the moment. We've still got the bladdy heating on

  9. Was cold this morning at 5am,fingerless gloves were a definate mistake:sad:

    I did my 90 minute walking starting at 6:00 and it was definitely colder than a few days ago. But I couldn't find my jumper so carried on anyway with normal jacket - it wasn't as bad as I was expecting :thumbsup:

    The morning was not to bad here in Norwich but the afternoon got really cold and wet :thumbsup:

    speaking of which I'm working again tomorrow but will be in car as a 'treat',means I can have a lie in til 5.15am:biggrin:
