.....eeeeezing! It's the second week in May and due to get colder next week, frosts forecast over night mid week. Went running and I was shivering. I've got my thermals back on. So much for global warming .

I did my 90 minute walking starting at 6:00 and it was definitely colder than a few days ago. But I couldn't find my jumper so carried on anyway with normal jacket - it wasn't as bad as I was expecting
