I just find her unwatchable - I can't bear all the suggestive noises she makes when she's cooking. It really puts me off the food. I'm sure it tastes great but the connotations really make it unappetising. I am sure there's an element of self parody in there, but to me the whole concept is repulsive.

It does seem like sometimes she could dispense with the idea of cooking, and just stand there fondling her bits, pouting* and sounding like an upper-class Babs Windsor from the Carry On films (or Frankie Howerd).... but if it gets middle-aged men into cookery, then it can't be bad imho

I'd definitely biff her.

No no no ... I like his cooking too.... not so keen on his cook books ... they don't have enough pictures in them....

Cooksbooks are like bikes ... you always need that n+1 .....

Hmm just realised.. the last cookbook I looked in I think was a 19th century one and that had no pictures at all.

In my childhood neck of the woods boffing was synonymous with farting and biffing was posh for thumping someone on the nose.
