I'm back from my Budapest to Belgrade trip.
Many thanks to all those who offered specific advice on questions I have asked here:
Taho's were very comfy,
SQR worked a treat
Shower cap did end up being used over helmet
and thanks also for the treasure trove of general advce I have used.
