Ive ridden a couple of rides over 50km recently and each time I have ended up with kidney pain on my right side.

Im drinking as I ride and my urine is clear.

Any suggestions?

Go to see your GP. Do not pass GO. Do not collect £200.
Make that appointment.

Don't piss (excuse the pun) about with your kidneys. See GP.
IME colour of urine makes no difference. If there is a stone in one and it goes walkabout, it will feel as if someone has stabbed you in the back and nothing you can do relieves it except when it stops, or you are injected with morphine.

My mate had same thing after playing Golf - diagnosed as Kidney Stone. He was put on Pethidine to kill the agonising pain.

It didn't 'pass' and the scan revealed it was to big to do so - it was zapped with ultrasound treatment (I think that's what it was anyway).

Go to the GP asap as they can cause a fair amount of damage to the kidney if left (assuming this is what it is of course).
