I agree. I don’t get why parents who are called say Paul & Tracey from somewhere like Doncaster would name their children Aria & Eris. Like they are trying to be fancy & snubbing all the traditional names which could die out.

There is a newborn Lilly down our road. Lovely name. Rosie seems popular too.

Not come across an Edna for a while, or a Mavis (which was my nickname for years).

I don't think that there are any names that you can completely rule out. My daughter had a friend called Hephzibah.

I initially read that as 'Hezbollah'!

Remember your kids will not always be kids. You're naming a person, not just a child.
