The appointment of Keegan is the most tragi-comic thing I have heard since Leeds appointed Terry Venables.

It's a joke appointment and if Newcastle aren't careful they'll go the same way as Leeds an' all.

I had just moved away from Norwich when this happened and don't think the local fan base thought it was embarrassing at all. In fact I saw more than one City fan wearing a shirt with the name 'LETSBEHAVINYOU' emblazoned on the back of a number 12 shirt. Though I'm rarely in touch with diehard Canaries these days I think the whole thing cemented her reputation as one of 'them'.
