Is there anyone with a Knog pannier who can help me out?
I have aquired a Dry Dog but I cannot undo the buckles that fix the strap to the bag. Having the strap is fine when I want to carry the pannier around but I would like the option of removing it.
I have tried all sorts of twists and turns but they are still firmly in place.
Can someone put me out of my misery before I make an expensive mistake with a hacksaw?
