No specific advice, not being a lady and all that, (which is nobody's fault not even the Romans) however if the sore bit is persistent, think what 20 years of nursing training would have had you advising someone else.
Downstairs numbness issue is non gender specific, Early in many a cycling career one of the old stagers will notice you walking a bit funny or shaking your shorts (not a euphemism) after a group ride and will quietly say two little words to you **penile numbness** before checking your bike over for you and advising on saddle tilt, height and distance adjustment, making sure you have the right length cranks and your handlebars are set right.
*stop reading now if you are of a sensitive disposition - we're going into too much information territory*
If you and the friendly old stager happened to work in the same photographic lab in the days before photoshop; when you could close a door and nobody would dare open it for fear of fogging films; they may well also advise massaging the numbness away yourself just like they did every morning. Luckily (I guess) I worked in a shared area so had to rely on correct bike set up to alleviate the symptoms.
