Not much in it from what I can tell. Decide which you like best, get that one and enjoy riding it.

If I had to push for one, I'd go with the Langster because nobody says anything bad about them (except the elitist portion of lfgss, who you don't want to listen to)

You should ride both bikes and see which you like best.

Based on looks and spec, I dont like either of them bikes, but..... if forced to choose.

I'd go the same way, Langster. Specialized are a good company that will look after you as a customer, I've never heard of this other brand. Also it has arguably the better chainset (I say arguably because its a Sugino Zen Messenger vs some unknown allow piece), then I'd take it and get it re-sprayed immediatelly, because it looks like sh*t (even worse than my Fuji, lol) in that red colour  Or I'd just buy the new chrome one.

Based on the cranksets, 44 and 42 tooth, unless they come with a tiny rear sprocket, will need re-gearing, because with a crankset like that, I imagine they will be pretty 'spinny'!

I nearly bought a proper Langster track frameset on saturday because it was beautiful (I surprised myself, because I hate Specialized, cant put my finger on why, I just dont like them at all) alas, at £699 it leaves no room left in my budget to replace the forks for road legal ones as the ones supplied are carbon and have no brake drilling.

I could just convert my existing Claud Butler steel frame, but the dropouts are 130mm. It just doesn't look right when the rear wheel has all those spacers on the freehub.
