LBS expanding but moving out of town

I've spent a lot of money in a large LBS local to me over the years, eventually I tired of their very arrogant/rude attitude of being too far up themselves & now buy most spares/clothing online.

Absolutely deserved then by the sound of it. Customer service is one thing the LBS potentially have over online shops. Without that - they’re starting to get short of things to offer…….

Mine were never really arrogant as such. But I have a really busy life; and online shopping is perhaps my norm for anything - as the choice / price / delivery is just so easy ; and saves me time and money; to end up getting exactly what I want.

I had to go out of my way to go to my LBS. And to then have to pay OTT / wait / not get quite what I wanted with zero ‘recognition’ soon wore thin….
