I have my turbo set-up in our utility room, which is 12'11" x 4'2". As it's the utility, the washing machine is also in there as is a bin. I put my fan on the bin. There is a bit of space either side of the bike to move around/access the bathroom. The dog can also access the back garden while I'm turboing.
