Doesn't look like the quick release model to me. It looks like the last lot Lidl did that were not quick release.
As for the cables, it really depends on the clamp. The clamp on the one I have has enough space in the 'V' of the clamp to get the cables through. I assume that this one will have too as they have probably not changed the clamp face design.
