Llandegla in North Wales, any good?

Hi,

I am thinking of attending the 10 hour endurance event in Llandegla (North Wales) on the 20th Aug but I have never been there before, are the trails any good?

I am fairly fit and normally ride the red trails when I go out.

There is a topic on this in the mountain bike section. Page 3 mate. You may get some answers in there.
I personally found it tough but I ain't fit and am a heavy lad too, but enjoyed it.
