You go to your account and cancel it.

No more to discuss.

I ususally get an email saying they will endeavour to cancel but it might be too late. So they send the package out anyway in the hopes that you will probably just accept it.

Are you saying you think they deliberately send it anyway? In my experience they are usually successful in canceling.

The times they have failed are when there had been a time delay between me purchasing and then trying to cancel.

Yeah they send it but I don't blame them because in the odd time that I've canceled, it was probably further down the line (but still not dispatched).
