Bloody work

Exactly. Visited the GP late June because of the way I felt as a consequence of the work situation (lethargy, anxiety and chest pains). Assessment showed it was stress related and that I had the cardiovascular system of a 50 yr old (and low risk of a heart attack) - I'm 55Cheer up, you're still breathing!
But is it the BP of a healthy teenager ...?Less mileage here too. No more commuting, which crops a goodly amount off my mileage, and I've taken up running (very slowly and sweatily) which further encroaches on the time.
On the plus side I now have the BP of a teenager.
A consolation might be reaching the 7500 mile target I set but I'm not sure.
That's just showing off DC. In a good year I hit just over 5k and that includes a week's touring. Currently running at c.1500 for the whole year which is demoralising.
ok, ok, a really fat teenage who smokes Camels, but a teenager nonetheless. But is it the BP of a healthy teenager ...?

(edit)....and it seems that I've managed the work situation through the darkness and there's a light at the end of the tunnel.
