Mbuk's welsh coast to coast

Has anyone read the welsh coast to coast feature in this months MBUK? I was gonna have a go at it when I have a week off work in October (yes I know it will be cold and wet). Just wondered if anyone has done the whole thing or some of the trails featured?

Looking at the map here some of it yes, some of the southern end, a couple of northerly bits and a big chunk in the middle. If you get good weather it is glorious. If you get typical Welsh weather it will be purgatorial. If you get bad Welsh weather you might just want to find a pub and spend the time there.

I've been to snowdonia when the weather was utter crap and it was hell. I'll have to keep an eye on the forecasts and when ever its good I'll just go for it
