Can anyone on here provide any information about this frame ,I was given it more than a decade ago and was told it was some sort of special race frame don't know how old it is looks possibly 90s no model name just the Raleigh badge ,has a Tange head set ,Cinelli bottom bracket shell with SB7403 frame number and 59.5 on the opposite side witch is the frames size ,no transfers suggesting as to the frame tubing material.

Got some better photos of the frame outside, does anyone know if this would have been built exclusivly for the Raleigh professional race team or could it have been a shop bought thing, its odd that its so plain with just the Raleigh transfers and nothing else, although it is a very nice frame and i love the electric blue colour.

Frames were either built for stock and you bought them from a shop, or ordered a standard frame from a shop........ Or you ordered one to your own spec . In the early days the personal orders were stamped with an H on the BB. Frames for the pro team were stamped with the initials and the number of the frame built for them that season.

Back in the 70's the waiting times to get one was months and months.

I'm surprised it hasn't got a Reynolds sticker on it either 531 or 753 so it could be a repaint, no faking that Cinelli BB and frame No. though
