If she can say exactly when and where she bought the ticket good luck to her.
I buy mine on line even though the odds are now beyond ridiculous someone has to win so why not me.

They will be able to tell if someone has bought a ticket after the date with those numbers too. Bloody stupid if they are trying fraud.

Camelot will know exactly where and when the ticket was bought, if it was a single ticket or a multiple line, if all these match then good luck to her.

Tough..
no ticket, no pay.

If I played, I'd keep my ticket handy, not send it on a soggy dizzy.

Do you know anyone who doesn't go through pockets before throwing clothes in a wash?
I know someone who managed to leave £1000 cash in their pocket before throwing the trousers into the wash. They only realised when the machine as nearly finished.

I used have a friend who was a biology teacher who spilt a chemical that stained some brown cords. He decided to dye them black. After taking them out of the washer a black £5 dropped from a pocket. He had to take it to the bank who had to send it off to make certain it was genuine. 2 weeks later he got £5 paid into his bank.

If you feel the urge, and have the time to spare, have a look through the 'Unclaimed Prizes'

What's the point of wishing to become rich beyond your wildest dreams and not checking if you have?

After a very wet yomp to the end of the West Coast Trail on Vancouver Island my buddy and I arrived at the last B&B in town with a vacant room. My old Karrimor rucsac had kept all my kit more or less dry but everything in his was soaked through, including all his cash and travellers' cheques. We ended up spreading the lot around the room, turning up the heating and going out for supper with our fingers crossed. They were all OK when we returned, just a bit wrinkled but they still worked.

Technically you don't need a ticket to claim a Lotto prize, although there is a procedure you have to go through to get it validated.
If she is trying it on, then it seems inevitable that Camelot will see her in court - what other action can they take?
That said, if its a genuine claim then good luck to her.
