I think the week I found most satisfying was when I cycled 730 miles from home in Devon to Die in the French pre Alps, solo and unsupported - and it was my first multi-day tour. I know it's nothing extraordinary in comparison with some, but it still brings a smile to my face.

Those that have done LEL @Trickedem , @arallsopp , @martint235 , @zigzag amongst other's would have done 880+ miles in 114 hours (IIRC)

on my way home from Cycle Together Sandringham yesterday afternoon I acknowledge a fellow cyclist (as you do) going in the other direction, on viewing my Strava flyby's I saw that it was non other than Steven Abraham, made my 125 miles feel a little less of an achievement after that!

Used to take pride in doing 100 a day back when I toured more often, so about 600 (would've been 700 if I hadn't been unavoidably delayed on an e2e, damnit). Nowadays that's more like my average for the week entire, but I like to think they're quality miles.

500 miles as part of a two week 1000 mile ride.
I used to do 200 a week in training and commuting. I now consider myself lucky if I do 100 a week....new job has reduced my commute distance.

I managed 800+ for July last year so trying to do 200+ a week this month, the same in July and want to push for my first 1000 mile month in August or September.

for anyone that has a full time job, finding the time to do 200 miles in a week is an achievement. If I were to commute by bike everyday, it would take 3 1/2 to 4 hrs of my day and still only give me about 300 miles

535 miles in 7 days on a 10 day run from Girona to St Malo(761 in total) with 20 kilo of tent and panniers.Penultimate day was 140 miles when I realised I might miss the ferry.

Its nothing compared to some on here but I take things a bit easier nowadays.
hmmm - so 200 in a week suddenly doesn't seem all that impressive  anyway, it is still my big goal - got 55 in on Sunday, left van at St Abbs and cycled home, so will have to go an retrieve van today, so that will be 110 on the clock and its only Tuesday - if I don't fall to bits today that will only leave me 90 miles to do in 4 days - jeez, that's still 22½ per day - 200 mile is still a long way .... isn't it ?
You need to look for some big routes you can do on the weekend. I don't know whether you've tried www.ridewithgps.com. But they usually have routes local to the location you give on the site.
