Milli? I think we're talking orders of magnitude less than that. I would expect the advantage to be below the Planck length.

Hmmmm, interesting. My ancient Apollo which weighs approximately the same as a Transit has schrader valves, do we know if there are any plans to cater for me, I don't always use it but when I do I wouldn't mind speeding my commute up a bit and these look like just the ticket.
