Mudguard to fit on/behind rear rack?

My commuter bike has one of those topeak-stye rear racks with solid top plate which is designed to serve as a mudguard too. It nearly works but it's not quite long enough to stop spray onto my back. What I need is a very short mudflap which fits onto the reflector mount on the rack and extend it backwards by a few inches. Anybody know if such a thing exists?

If the rack is a Topeak this does the job, if the rack is another make it may well be 'bodging' time.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. It is a Tortec rather than a genuine Topeak. My last bike had full guards but I got fed up with rattles, bent stays and especially the space between guard and wheels filling up with leaf mush (my commute is tree-lined so in autumn and winter I'm riding through a carpet of part-rotted leaves!). And of course the rack is in the way of fitting something better spaced like an MTB-style guard on the seat post. But I'll try one of the "bodge" solutions….
