I do not feel well today, dozed off in the garden listening to a sermon since I thought it unfair to impose myself on others.

Grandchildren have left a number of items behind.
how can your feet hurt? i wouldn't of thought it possible to get problems with them, they are just like things at the end of your legs and have no real function.
if you dont suffer with pernicious anemia its hard to understand..
my feet and hands become painful when my level of B12 drops.
i can clench a very tight fist today..but i struggle when im running low..
it seems to cause fatigue and the joints feel sore.
Thers lots of other symptoms too..breathlessness..heart pounding confusion, and a lot more.
i seem to be getting the timing right now after chatting with the GP.
12 weeks down to 8..10 weeks was ok but 8 is far better.

very common for older people to need B12 injections, but mine is a result of auto imune condition ulcerative colitis, im very lucky to be pretty healthy as the condition can be debilitating to the point of bed ridden for some.
Found out my wrist has been broken for nearly a month (A & E missed it the first time).

I have to see wrist surgeon on Wednesday and the worst case is I might have to get it rebroken.

So no cycling for a while.
That's bad luck. Hope they can reset it without too much difficulty.
