Allegedly secondary cancers are increasing. Is that because more people survive the first cancer, as I did in 2019?

Last time after avoiding people with any infection during Chemotherapy, we went into (here in the UK) lockdown five days after I finished Chemo. I was already on track for the three weeks of radiotherapy.

Today's 71 plate truck has 595627 kilometres on the odometer and has taken me to Dereham then onwards to Eye to pick up 26 pallets of chickens 🐔

Nice 13 mile ride completed and included dropping off the soft plastic recycling.

Oh dear! I need to give my friends on here some bad news.

Over the past four weeks, I have spent two consecutive days (six hours each day or thereabouts) in the Same Day Emergency Clinic at the Hospital in Worcester. They were trying to find out if I had IBS or Diverticulitis, but found suspicious cells on my liver.

The diagnosis, (are you sitting down? ) is secondary cancer of the liver. This was followed by blood tests, scans, more tests, meeting a Consultant, and then more tests. Yesterday I started treatment. It is controllable but not "curable".
