Pleasant 23 mile ride to the station this morning. Temperature is just right.
I was silly and put cash into the ticket machine, it's given me a pocket full of 50p coins in change. Now on the train and suddenly feeling in holiday mode. Work and Miss Micromanagement is somewhere far away. Will have my first ride along the Causeway coast in a very long time in a bit, followed by boat the Campbeltown.

Second cuppa went down well with a slice of toast.
Dentist went well temporary filling and check it in 3 months

Sunny, washing out and then ebike towards Morrisons.
There I was heading down the Starbeck branch of the Nidderdale Way. A dog walker stood to one side, just so happened as I hit a now half rotten exposed tree root that had grown its way through the tarmac. Result back wheel puncture and hence it turned into a 3 mile ride and a 3 mile walk back home.
