I'm reading on Sky News that some air fryers might be spying on their owners and sending info back to China..

Was a snake bite and a failed repair later a new inner tube ordered via Halfords on line as they were cheaper than Spa for Schwalbes. Ready in a hour came the message so the car went to Morrisons then Lidl before Halfords. The formers 5 packs of oranges were all 4 packs and a dessert was charged at the till a £1 more than the shelf price. Deliberately scanned my Waitrose card to cause a red light to appear and duly got the price corrected.
Lidl was had an annoying arlarm sounding constantly until I walked out when it stopped
Cleaned the bike wheel before the tyre with the new inner tube, was dry muck so a wipe with paper towel did the trick.

As long as I breathe, I attack.
Yesterday evening my next door neighbour gave me a right mouthful , the old lady who lived there ( his grandma ) was a wonderful person who we really got on with till she passed away about a month ago and he lives with her as his job was in the area although he is single .
The house has been put on the market and the fence between us that is my responsibly is about 5 foot high with a trellis effect on top so you can see each other and chat which he did a lot of just after the old lady died .
Any road he gave me a load of mouth about how he doesnt appreciate being spied on etc etc , heck all we do is say hello so now im putting some old feather edge board over the top trellis to block the top of the fence , so he can fark right off .

It's been a hot and mostly sunny day here chez Casa Reynard.

Slept really well - ditched the duvet for a light throw. Had a lovely morning out with a friend and her two dogs, plus the other dog that she's looking after this week while his pawrents are busy with stuff. We went to the dog field near Little Thetford instead of our originally planned excursion to Brandon Country Park. Had a bit of a walk, but mainly sat chatting while the dogs hooned about.

The line of straw bale hurdles was a hit, as we sort of played flyball, but with gravy bones LOL. We also had fun with a giant puzzle feeder thingy, but the two boy dogs are a bit on the dim side. Madam Izzy is the brains of the trio, and she solved it in no time. We did think about going into Ely for ice cream and a walk along the river, but we canned that - once the cloud cover had burned off, it was just that bit too hot.

Had a lovely luncheon of seeded wholegrain baguette, the last of the tandoori turkey and some Langres cheese, plus fruit (watermelon, satsuma and the first cherries from the garden) and a :cuppa:

This afternoon was choresy. Removed Madam Lexi's Collar of Shame and laundered it - hung it to dry on the wing mirror of the car. After, picked a load of alpine strawberries and "ordinary" strawberries - I have enough to make one large or two small jars of jam, and I repotted two more tomato plants. Only three more triffids left to get into their large planters.

Cat has been fed, and soon it will be time to feed me.
