A belated good morning from Suffolk which is basking under clear blue skies & sunshine while sweating its ***** off thanks to the heat.
Coffee has been had as part of a very relaxed start to the day following a bit of a late night. If I do anything today, it will be done slowly and include looking for shade and drinking lots of orange & mango squash.

Pre getting too hot ride to Waitrose and Asda. Obviously all the warnings to take it easy in the heat were being ignored as their was an immediate traffic jam of vehicles accessing the country park for a 6 a side football tornament.
A very stop start ride, free store paper from Waitrose and oranges from Asda were accomplished along with other items.
On the return awaiting the crossing of the A61 was enlivened by three very old cars passing by - there is a town centre vintage and supercar show on today https://www.cyclechat.net/threads/my-picture-of-the-day-wheres-yours.117414/page-1081#post-7440055
