Morning all,
Grey start to the day here but forecast to be warm.
Went for a ride yesterday and bizarrely had to keep the startings of a migraine at bay 20 miles in  thankfully it subsided enough to finish the ride, although felt pretty grotty after so an evening of sofa surfing was had 😴
First cuppa of has been constructed and currently being consumed :cuppa:

Good morning from Suffolk where yet again the early morning sunshine is being slowly eroded by cloud.
Another slow morning dominated by coffee and the radio has been had with the excitement of deciding which pack of biscuits to open to go with the coffee.

The bin has been emptied and needs to be retrieved, after which I may think about going out for a couple of hours on a bike. The problem is that it may take an hour to decide which one!

Glad the accident wasn't any worse @Jenkins sounds like you're mending well 🤞
If you're offering, and have any, I'll take a chocolate hob-nob

Cheers - I did a 10 mile shopping trip on the ebike yesterday to stop myself seizing up. No chocolate HobNobs in the house and if I did have any they'd be the dark chocolate ones which do NOT get given away. Tescos 'shorties' were chosen to go with the coffee.

Grrr, after six months we've finally got the drive back after son has been scrapping a car, and doing one up to sell (both gone a couple of weeks). Anyway, he arrives home last night with 'another' trailer - he's already got one that he's dumped on my side garden, and now another at least twice the size. Why ? I've no idea. FFS. The current one is killing my lawn.

Need to pop out at lunch for some heavy duty drawer runners - the type with ball bearings. MrsF has overloaded her drawers in the bedroom, and the standard runners aren't upto the job. Also need to pack away the paddle board - took it out of the bag yesterday to ensure it's all dry before packing up again for a few weeks.

Worth bearing in mind the fixing of the runners to the drawing unit, both the drawer itself and the main carcass. As a rule we use threaded inserts and machine screws (c/sunk) as normal wood screws can work loose if / when a drawer is over loaded and used alot.
Also runner design, undermount are good rather than just side mounting.
Apologies if you're already aware, as a technical designers it's one of the many things I've learned over the years.
